More outsourcing jobs are now going to Latin America
India and China still lead the pack as locations for offshore jobs, but other countries are emerging as alternatives

With increasing costs in the US it is no suprise really that companies are looking for other options. Before I arrived in Argentina I had no idea the so many companies were setting up here. I thought I would teach English, thinking it would be the easiest job to find, little did I know that there were going to be so many English speaking call centres looking for native speakers. Companies like www.5ca.com draw foreigners to work there, allowing them to communicate and work in their native languages. With so many expats living in Buenos Aires, it seems like the ideal place to set up mulitlingual call centres and customers service centres.
