Ergonomics approach has been wonderfully explained.The idea is human needs and capabilities should be the focus of design.In fact ergonomics comes in to everything which involves people.Work systems,sports and leisure,health and safety should all embody ergonomic principles. Posture change is good while working on computer systems.
