What A Joke!
TCS needs to have a spokesperson who really knows how to speak.
The spokesperson says that those who do not meet the company standards are asked to look for jobs commensurate with their abilities and then goes on to say that 500 people left 'voluntarily'
TCS's poor HR practices are in a league of their own!
