Thats a wonderfully incisive article that really brings home a ruling that might be of great consequence to lesser nations of the world. I look forward to more articles by Mr.Anuradha. One question - How enforceable are these Orders of the WTO - strategically would it not be unwise of Antigue to enforce the order it has been granted?
