Once multilingual IDNs are allowed, domain names such as www.rediff.in can be spelt out in Hindi and other local languages

True but Rediff is an English name while sam achar happens to be Hindi and you want us to post comments in English while celebrating the arrival of open use of Hindi. So what's the purpose ?
