Moneylenders only hope for India’s poor farmers

If India's agriculture has to flourish, we need to find a creative way to reach bank funds to the farmers - bypassing the money lender route. If this happens, and banks are assured that they will not be asked to give full blanket loan waivers every 7-8 years, the economy will prosper.
