According to Secretary Rumsfeld " Macedonia meets the necessary criteria. They have shown their commitment to human rights and rigional stability by protecting the rihgts of ethnic minorities." Does Greece meets obligations as commented by Sec. Rumsfeld as NATO and EU members?
