UK-based Carphone Warehouse to set up subsidiary in India
The subsidiary, likely to be called Carphone Warehouse India Ltd, will directly employ 25-30 people in the country in the next 12 months and will be based either in Mumbai or New Delhi

This is with reference to the section of the article where you mention that " AOL decided to exit the country by selling its more than 1,000-people Bangalore call centre operations.." I would like to point out that this is factually incorrect.AOL sold only its Call Centre buisness in India to Aegis recently. It continues to have significant presence in India with its portal operations,Software and other Back Office operations. In fact, AOL's International operations are Headquartered in Bangalore.
