The last two words--women's/mother's health--is the answer. An anaemic mother, who is to perform all the household activities hours after her delivery cannot be expected to feed her baby regularly and the baby suffers frequent bouts of lung infection and diahorrea. Studies often ignore the group that is sometimes even more stressed out than their rural counterparts. The urban middle class. Educated and employed with an MNC but without any support system at home. The child is is completely at the mercy of the maid. Hope the policymakers focus their attention on the mother. She knows what's best for her baby.
