Respected Sir, I read the article on RTI Act - a real welcome. On RTI Act, and all lows against corruption, tranparancy, clean Administgration, etc., mostly every one even villagers knows about the subject. but the fact is People of India fear that they will be victimised if they use their right - that fear should be earsed - can the advertisement do this. Any one who is really interested in knowing how eradication of corruption, upholding transparency in administration, Right to Information Act are working, they can get the information from Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) about the complaint (lodged by me) registered by CVC 611/01/10. CVC in its web site initially stated that “Administrative Action has been taken”, then stated that “Commission ordered closure of case” and now web site gives error message. Knowingly I have not given the details of case - honestly hoping CVC will give the details most transparently - let us hope so.
