Dear Author, I acquiesce with Shankar Acharya's view on enormous challenges for regulations. Rather one should consider large domestic finance bodies must be stake holders in MFI. This way we can solve capital flow issue and can have better watch on new proposal. Also, regulations and decrees can be owned by single entity. Thanks for posting discursive article.
