The moot point is whether the BJP can grasp additional vote by emerging as the preferred party for governance in the state as well

I would agree with the "DESI's" comment that your prediction is biased, but there is no way congress is winning this election either. This is going to be their worst defeat, look at their candidate selection and they dont even have a CM ready. I would say BJP will win largest votes but they wont make the majority, they may be stuck at like 90-95 votes.
