Well, the discussion was great! Am sure that the book is great and so the comments are from Mr. Amit Bhatia and Mr. Satyajit Datta. However the presentation of the discussion (ofcourse the friendliness) could have been better. Nevertheless the discussion was good and might help people to know more about BPOs.
I have worked with BPOs as well and its a different work culture... very dynamic, highly energetic and open... Night shifts come with the package though but i enjoyed it!
