This seems to be nothing new with the"Marxist" government for the last 30 years.In order to capture votes, maitain its influence, it has never given propper attentin towards any economic reform- in the right direction.Whatever they have done and is doing in the reformation has been and is an eye-wash, and theres always a string attached to it- that is too woo the vote-bank; and unfortunately the younger generation is bearing the burden for this.
