i am an advocate and as per my experience i would like to tell you that many lawyers from top law colleges,know nothing although their english is good but in india you have work in all typs of courts include small courts.lawyers from top law firms dont know whatthe lower corts procedure.so i suggest to law firms that they should recruit lawyer ontheir ability and talent not onbasis of their law collage.
