The Increase in Central and State Excise Duty on all kinds of liquor and wine had materially affceted the entire Industry, including end users, who have to pay unreasonable prices for no good reason.
Uniformity in rates would benefit the manufacturers, marketers and users and would also help generate good revenue to the Central and State Governments.
