Tie up with tata agents for the service create more problem than the solution for the customers. The Mechanics do not have any skill and these private service station does not keep any spares with them. A good brand and a good product is ruined by poor sale serice strategies. Let the Fiat officials go to these service stations as a decoy customers and find what hapends really there. The uneducated and unskilled mechanisc giving negative theories and storie about a primium product. Thanks
