Nepals peoele made stupid decision for their country. They must keep the monarchy as in constitutional.Near furure they will get the taste of communist feeling. At that time they are too late and remember their stupid, like Afagannistan,iran,...So human societies which have multiple fissures and fractures along ethnic, religious and social lines are far better with a constitutional monarchy.
