Mumbai: Reliance Infrastructure Ltd (R-Infra), the infrastructure arm of Anil Ambani’s Reliance Group posted a 10% year-on-year increase in its net profit for the quarter ended 31 December at Rs 405 crore.
The company’s total operating income stood at Rs 3744 crore for the quarter under review, up 14% from the year-ago period.
Reliance Power Ltd (R-Power), another Reliance Group company that is into power generation also announced its results on Monday. It posted a 7.5% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 143.61 crore for the Demeber quarter.
The company’s total income for the period was at Rs355.13 crore, an increase of 98% from the same period last fiscal, on the back of rising power sales.
