Mumbai:
Educomp Solutions Ltd on Thursday said Kaizen Private Equity and German media company Bertelsmann will together invest Rs.22 crore in its its online education subsidiary Authorgen.
Educomp, in a filing to BSE, said it will use the money as growth capital and for improving its website.
Educomp shares were down 2% at Rs.131.15 in morning trade on BSE, while the Sensex was 0.59% lower at 19,908.34 points.
