IVRCL Infra wins foreign orders worth Rs1,975 cr
Hyderabad: IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd on Monday said it has secured Rs1,975 crore worth of orders from Saudi Arabia and Nepal, marking its debut in international markets.
Of this, orders worth Rs1,800 crore pertain to three water transmission projects in Saudi Arabia, and the balance are for hydro electric works in Nepal, the company said.
IVRCL Infra now plans to build 20-25% of its order book from overseas projects, said group chief financial officer R. Balarami Reddy.
On Monday, IVRCL Infra shares rose 0.82% to close at Rs153.15 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, outpacing the Sensex’s 0.68% climb to 20,303 points.
