Randstad India appoints Paul Dupuis as new CEO
Staffing and HR solutions firm Randstad India named Paul Dupuis as its new CEO, replacing Moorthy K. Uppaluri.
New Delhi: Staffing and HR solutions firm Randstad India on Thursday named Paul Dupuis as its new chief executive officer.
Dupuis has over 24 years of experience in Asia across Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea, and his appointment is effective immediately, the company said in a statement.
Dupuis is a graduate from the University of Windsor and has completed a professional development programme from Simon Fraser University (both in Canada). He also participated in executive training programmes at INSEAD in France and Singapore.
Dupuis replaces Moorthy K. Uppaluri, who has served as managing director and chief executive officer of Randstad India for the last four years.
“Given the growth trajectory and market potential of India, it continues to be one of the most critical emerging markets for the Randstad Group... He (Dupuis) comes with a proven ability to create strategic priorities, drive innovation and methodical execution to deliver sustained results and make our tech and touch strategy a reality in India," Paul van de Kerkhof, chairman, Randstad India, and representative of Randstad Holding, said in the statement.
Dupuis said, “I look forward to continuing what has been started and go full speed ahead on the path of success that the organization is on today to fulfil this tremendous responsibility of delivering meaningful outcomes for all our stakeholders."
