Rolta’s FY ‘08 revenue crosses Rs1,000 cr

Mumbai: Rolta India Limited, one of India’s leading IT companies, specializing in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Engineering Design Services (EDS) and Enterprise Information and Communications Technology (EICT), announced their financial results for the quarter and year ended 30June, 2008.
Consolidated Revenue stood at Rs1,072.21 crore against Rs711.41 crore in FY-07, registering a Y-o-Y growth of 50.7%. Consolidated Ebitda for FY-08 was Rs389.73 crore against Rs286.62 crore in FY-07, registering a y-o-y growth of 36.0%.
Consolidated PBT for FY-08 was Rs268.46 crore against Rs194.31 crore in FY-07, registering a Y-o-Y growth of 38.2%. Consolidated PAT for FY-08 was Rs230.59 crore against Rs172.64 crore (Rs. 1.72 Billion) in FY-07, registering a y-o-y growth of 33.6%.
Q4 Revenue was Rs321.11 crore as against Rs288.37 crore in Q3, registering a Q-o-Q growth of 11.4%. Q4 Ebitda was Rs112.20 crore as against Rs100.77 crore in Q3, registering a q-o-q growth of 11.3%.
Consolidated cash and cash equivalents as on 30June, 2008 was over ₹ 00 crore. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹ per share for FY-08, against ₹ 2.50 per share (post bonus) in FY-07.
