New Delhi: Country’s largest real estate firm DLF Ltd today posted a consolidated net profit of Rs2,018.55 crore and total revenues of Rs3,349.24 crore for the quarter ended 30 September.
For the half year ended 30 September, the company reported a net profit of Rs3,534 crore and a total revenue of Rs6,470.22 crore, the company said here.
The company has also declared an interim dividend of 100%, that is, Rs2 on shares of face value Rs2 each.
DLF has utilized Rs7,114.84 crore from the proceeds of its IPO till September 30 this year.
The company had listed its shares on the bourse on 5 July. The proceeds of the issue, which was oversubscribed 3.5 times, were to be deployed to meet costs of construction, land acquisition and repayment of debt.
