Mumbai: With a view to catering to anti-virus and threat management market in India, Accel Frontline along with Trend Micro Inc will offer technical helpdesk services.
Accel Frontline and Trend Micro Inc, a leader in network anti-virus and Internet content security software and services provider has signed an agreement to this effect, Accel Frontline informed the BSE.
As per the agreement, both the companies would offer technical helpdesk services for Trend Micro’s worry-free range of products targeted at Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) in India, it added.
“We see a huge potential for anti-virus and threat management solutions in India especially in the SMB segments, and this partnership is a clear step forward in the expansion of our services offerings,” Accel Frontline chairman & CEO N R Panicker said.
The helpdesk service would provide phone, email and onsite support during business hours to all licensed small business customers and resellers.
The helpdesk would be supported by a toll free number 1800-425-1009. Apart from handling queries on product installation, configuration and functionality, the helpdesk would provide product related technical help and also take reports of new threats that the customer may face.
