Subhiksha enters Kolkata, Kerala telecom retail markets
New Delhi: Subhiksha, India’s largest retail chain and mobile retailer has announced its entry into the mobile retail markets in Kolkata and Kerala. The brand already has 700 mobile stores spread across the country and is expected to further consolidate its position in the dynamic and fast growing Indian telecom market.
Subhiksha mobile offers competitive prices on mobiles and accessories and shoppers can now maximize savings by availing best exchange offers. EMI options on various models of handsets and accessories are also being provided.
The Kolkatta market will have four Subhiksha mobile stores currently operational in Kolkata, including one in the the popular E-Mall and over 70 new telecom stores slated to open in the next 3-4 weeks. In Kerala around 11 are operational in Kochi, Trissur and Calicut, and the company plans to open 51 more stores during the year in various towns in the state.
The company will strengthen its presence in the telecom retailing business through its stand alone stores as well as its inclusive - shop in shop counters in its own supermarkets.
