Om Metals bag Rs158 cr orders for hydro-mechanical works

New Delhi: Om Metals has secured order for executing Hydro mechanical works for Teesta Low Dam HE project (Stage-IV) and Uri-II HE project valued at approximately Rs158 crore from National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited.
The order size for Teesta Low Dam project is Rs99 crore and Uri-II project is Rs59 crore. Teesta Low Dam project is based in Darjeeling district, West Bengal, and Uri-II project is based Baramulla district, Jammu & Kashmir.
The order is for designing, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of Hydro-mechanical works for these two projects. The orders are expected to be executed over the next three years.
