Canara Bank to raise Rs325 cr from bonds
Mumbai: Canara Bank Wednesday said it will raise Rs325 crore from bonds to augment capital resources.
The bank is coming out with an issue of Tier II bonds of 120 months maturity, Canara Bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The bond with the coupon rate of 8.08% will be listed at National Stock Exchange, it said.
The issue opens for subscription on 14 January and allotment would be made on 16 January, it added.
