GMR Infra to hive off construction biz

GMR Infra to hive off construction biz

Mumbai:GMR Infrastructure Ltd on Wednesday said its board approved separating the construction business into an unit, to increase cost efficiencies.

GMR said the division would handle infrastructure projects being implemented by its subsidiaries. So far construction of these projects had been outsourced, it said.
