Frontline Strategy invests $7 mn in Krishna Saa Fabs

Mumbai: Mauritius-based Frontline Strategy today said it has tied up with Krishna Saa Fabs Pvt Ltd and would invest $7 million in the Tirupati-based company.
Frontline Strategy is a Fabiani family office-anchored asset management company with a prime focus on private equity investments.
Frontline Strategy’s Managing Partner Atim Kabra said that “our investment in Krishna Saa Fabs conforms to Frontline Strategy’s focus on companies that are driven by dynamic entrepreneurs and offer significant scale-up opportunities.”
Krishna Saa Fabs fabricates structural engineering products used in the high-growth infrastructure support sectors of telecom, national highways, airports and ship-building.
“In Frontline Strategy, we have found a partner that has an excellent strategic understanding of our business space and will support us in organisational scale-up across our focus sectors,” Krishna Saa Fabs’ Managing Director N Doraswamy said in a press release here.
The company’s products include telecom and power utility towers, galvanised products for earth reinforcement, which are used in national highways and airport runways, and galvanised products used in ship-building.
