New Delhi: Pfizer Inc. has managed to retrieve two domain names from Bangalore-based Samir Kumar, who failed to prove that the domains were not registered to make money. Geneva-based Wipo Arbitration and Mediation Centre ordered the transfer of the two domain names—Pfizer.org and Celebrex.org—to Pfizer after Kumar failed to prove that the domains were not registered in bad faith.

Vodafone deal: Hutch warns of tax obligations
New York: Nearly two years after it sold its Indian telecom business to British giant Vodafone Group Plc., Hong Kong- based Hutchison Telecom International Ltd (HTIL) has warned of possible tax and other obligatory payments in connection with the deal. “We may be subject to claims or have to make payments as a result of warranty, indemnity or other obligations, assumed in connection with the sale of interests relating to CGP Investments Holdings to a subsidiary of Vodafone Group Plc. in May 2007," HTIL said in a filing here.
