New Delhi: Real estate developer Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd on Monday tied up with Educomp solutions Ltd to set up schools in its 16 integrated townships, which entail an investment of about Rs250 crore over the next three years.
“We will set up 15-17 schools in our townships at an investment Rs15-20 crore per school. The proposed schools will come up in the next 3-4 years,” said Pranav Ansal, vice chairman and managing director, Ansal API.
He said while Ansal API would provide the land and bear construction costs, Educomp would be responsible for managing the schools and provide intellectual assistance.
Educomp has picked up 5% stake in the venture.
