Mumbai: Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd is seeking to sell shares to institutional investors for at least Rs132.46 apiece, according to a share sale document posted on the National Stock Exchange’s website.

The sale is being managed by IDFC-SSKI Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd and RBS Equities (India) Ltd.
