DLF Ltd reports dip in Q2 profit
New Delhi: Real estate firm DLF Ltd reported 5% decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs418.38 crore for the second quarter ending September of the current fiscal. The company had posted Rs439.74 crore profit in the July-September period in the previous fiscal. Firm’s net sales, however, rose to Rs2,369.02 crore for the second quarter against Rs1,750.94 crore in the same period a year ago, the firm said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange.
Ebidta for quarter stood at Rs1,080 crore, as compared to Rs1,112 crore in the previous fiscal. The firm in its statement released to the media added, “The decline in Ebidta margins (Q-o-Q) from 51% to 42% is a temporary drop, owing to variation in the product mix. We expect our annual Ebidta to be in the 45-50% range."
It also reported realization of Rs413 crore from divestment of non-core assets.
