Mumbai: Leading telecommunication services provider, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), has clocked a 12% jump in its revenues for the quarter ended 31 December at Rs515.86-crore as compared to the year-ago period.
The subscriber base of the company during the quarter, went up to 66-lakh, a growth of 41% over the corresponding quarter of the previous year, a press release said.
During the quarter, the company rolled out its network in an additional 127 towns in Maharashtra,taking its total population coverage to 65%.
During the nine-months ended December, total revenues jumped by 19% to Rs1,538.91 crore as compared to the year-ago period.
Tata Teleservices, which offers services in Maharashtra and Goa, has over 60-lakh customers in these two states.
