Hyderabad: Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) has acquired software testing firm AppLabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
The announcement was made at a news conference in Hyderabad on Wednesday by Falls Church, Virginia-based CSC and AppLabs. CSC has purchased 100% of privately held AppLabs in a deal that will lead to the integration of their operations, the companies said.
Shashi Reddy, founder and chief executive of AppLabs, will play a key role in the integration.
“As a pioneer in specialized testing services AppLabs will strengthen the portfolio of services that are offered to CSC’s customers,” Shashi Reddy said.
