Eicher Jan sales fall by 58.3%

Mumbai: VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd, a joint venture between Volvo and India’s Eicher Motors said January sales of its Eicher brand declined 58.27% to 940 units from 2,253 units in January last year.

Exports in January fell 41.8% to 121 units, while domestic sales fell 60% to 819 units from a year ago, VE Commercial said in a statement late on Tuesday.
