BackZee Entertainment, Ethnic Channels to launch Zee TV in Canada
Zee TV will be available to Canadian viewers starting 1 February

Mumbai: Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has formed a partnership with Canada’s Ethnic Channels Group Ltd to launch its Hindi general entertainment channel Zee TV in that country, the Indian broadcasting company said on Tuesday.
Zee TV will be available to Canadian viewers starting 1 February.
“The impact and growing importance of the South Asian diaspora in Canada cannot be overstated. And with the launch of Zee TV Canada, we are now in a position to address this significant opportunity," said Suresh Bala, chief executive, Zee Americas.
Zee Entertainment’s channels ETC Punjabi, Zing, Zee Salaam, Zee Tamizh and Zee Cinema are already being telecast in Canada.
