Mumbai: IT company Rolta India today said it has posted an increase of 44.21% in net profit, after minority interest, at Rs53.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30 against Rs 37.32 crore for the same quarter last fiscal.
The total income of the company rose 46.65% at Rs230.66 crore for the quarter ended 30 September from Rs157.28 crore in the same quarter last year, the company said in a communique to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The standalone net profit of the company stood at Rs61.39 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs40.03 crore for the comparable period last year.
The total standalone income of the company rose to Rs203.64 crore for the quarter from Rs133.670 crore for the same period last fiscal.
Shares of the company were last trading down 1.56% at Rs583 at the BSE.
