KEC Intl to acquire railway signalling co

Mumbai: KEC International said on Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Jay Railway Signalling Pvt Ltd for an enterprise value of ₹ 139.6 million.

The order book for KEC’s railway business is at ₹ 3 billion, while the firm is the lowest bidder for railway orders worth ₹ 1.5 billion, managing director Ramesh Chandak said in a statement.
