Four Seasons signs management contract with Three C Universal Developers

New Delhi: Canada-based international hotel operator, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts signed a letter of intent on Wednesday with New Delhi-based real estate firm, Three C Universal Developers Pvt Ltd to manage a five star hotel property that will be operational by 2014.
The luxury hotel having 250 rooms would come up at the 12.5-acre mixed-use project ‘Delhi One’ near the Delhi-Noida-Delhi toll plaza in sector 16B of Noida.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts would also provide services to 180 luxury residential apartments within the same project.
Announcing the tie up, Vidur Bharadwaj, director- Three C Universal Developers Pvt Ltd said, “While some of the services such as security and maintenance of common area would be mandatory in these apartments, others like hotel services would be optional.”
He further said, “With this tie up, Three C Universal Developers Pvt Ltd has forayed into the hospitality sector.”
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts currently has 85 hotels across the world. In India, it has one operational hotel in Mumbai with around 210 rooms and one is under-construction at Bangalore with 250 keys.
