Mumbai:Printing inks maker Micro Inks announced a net profit of Rs66.63 crore for the financial year ended December 31, 2007.
The company earned a total income of Rs1,504.27 crore during the year.
The results of the firm are not comparable with the previous year’s as Micro Inks had last year invested about Rs17.87 crore in its Austria-based arm Micro Inks GmbH, which in turn spent USD 4 million for acquiring US-based Hostmann-Steinberg Inc, the company informed the BSE.
It announced a standalone net profit for the financial year at Rs68.12 crore and standalone total income of Rs1152.66 crore for the year.
The company has declared an annual dividend of Rs 6 on shares of Rs 10 each (60%).
Shares of the firm were trading at Rs 346.05, up 7.89%, in the late morning on the BSE.
