Aricent Group sells Gurgaon land for ₹206 crore

Gurgaon : The Aricent Group has sold a 17.63 acre land in Gurgaon, near New Delhi for Rs206 crore, according to a statement from property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle India (JLL), that brokered the transaction.
National capital region-based, Ambience Developers and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. bought the plot of land, according to the JLL statement released on Thursday.
Confirming the deal, Nitish Bhasin, managing director-Delhi NCR, JLL said the transaction represents the single-largest land transaction in Gurgaon till date. He said, “It was a complex transaction that involved a lineup up top bidders and was successfully concluded at the end of a fair and transparent two-bid process".
