Mumbai: The public issue from ECL Finance Ltd, the NBFC arm of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd, has raised a total of ₹ 800 crore by selling non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to both individuals and institutional investors.
The issue was closed on Monday, much earlier than its original closure of 16 March, the company said.
