New Delhi: In an effort to enhance consumer convenience, Tata-backed power discom NDPL today introduced a hotline and drop box facility at all its consumer care centers to help office goers register their complaints from 4 to 9 pm.
The hotline facility will enable the walk in consumers to visit the NDPL consumer care center even after office hours to register their complaints and requests.
The hotline facility will also be available during weekends and holidays from 9 am to 9 pm, an official of North Delhi Power Limited (NDPL) said.
