Mumbai: Real estate firm Parsvnath Developers has posted a net profit of Rs108.88 crore for the quarter ended 31 March 2008, a decline of 17.79% over the corresponding period a year ago.
The company had a net profit of Rs132.44 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007, Parsvnath Developers said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Total income rose to Rs540.22 crore in the latest quarter, from Rs412.24 crore in the same quarter a year-ago.
The board has declared a dividend of 30% at the rate of Rs3, for every share of Rs10 for 2007-08.
The firm’s shares were trading at Rs154.70, down 4.68% late afternoon on the BSE.
