Mumbai: Subrata Roy Sahara, chairman and managing worker of Sahara India group, has said he is open for an out-of-court settlement on their dispute over Jet Airways (India) Ltd’s acquisition of Air Sahara.
This is for the first time that the Sahara India chief is coming out openly to say that he is looking for a settlement route, after the Air Sahara deal landed in legal controversy. “We are open to all options, but the case is now in the court. Let the court decide,” he said. He did not divulge further details.
