New Delhi: Ansal API recorded a revenue of Rs 231.15 crore during current quarter with an increase of 17% from Rs197.28 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
EBITDA stood at Rs75.54 crore, an increase of 16% as compared to Rs64.96 crore in Q3 FY06-07. Net profit stood at Rs48.91 crore, up by 22 % from Rs40.19 crore. The non annualized EPS at the end of the quarter was at Rs4.31 while operating margins increased to 41.54% from 41.12% in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
For the nine months ended 31December, 2007, Ansal API, Net Income was at Rs646.28 crore, up 27% from Rs508.06 crore during the corresponding period last year, while the company reported a net profit of Rs133.05 crore as against Rs90.42 crore in the same period of last year, registering a growth of 47%. EPS for the first nine months of FY 2007-08 stood at Rs11.72 compared to Rs7.97 in the corresponding period of FY 2006-07.
The consolidated figures for the period of nine months ended on 31December, 2007, were net consolidated income of Rs742.45 crore and net consolidated profit of Rs 143.17 crore.
Ansal API is set to redraw the skyline of Haryana with proposed projects at Gurgaon, Dharuhera, Kurukshetra, Sonepat, Bahadurgarh and Yamuna Nagar. The company has got licenses to develop townships, group housing and commercial projects on 255.25 acres approx of land recently.

*Entered into a tripartite agreement with Edu Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Educomp Solutions Ltd
