Suzlon to supply wind turbines to ONGC
Mumbai: World’s fifth largest wind turbine maker Suzlon Energy said it has secured an order from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) to supply wind turbines with a total capacity of 51 MW on 24 December.
The order, to be supplied in 34 units of the company’s 1.5 MW turbines, would be installed as part of a project at Kutch in Gujarat, the company informed the BSE.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs1,886, up by 2.68%, in afternoon trade on the BSE.
Mascon Global to raise US $50 mn through FCCB’s
The board of directors of the IT services provider Mascon Global has approved the issuance of $1,00,000 FCCB’s convertible into global depository receipts or shares, the firm said in a communique to the BSE on 24 December.
The currency exchange rate of the issued FCCB’s would be decided in due course, it added.
The board has approved to utilise the proceeds of the issue as per External commercial borrowing guidelines, the company said.
Shares of the firm were trading at Rs21, up by 0.72% on the BSE.
