SC directs Amrapali to finish remaining work in Leisure Valley housing project
Supreme Court seeks an undertaking to be given by the three promoters on behalf of Amrapali by the next date of hearing
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday directed real estate group Amrapali to finish the remaining work on 19 towers in its Leisure Valley housing project in Greater Noida.
A bench headed by justice Arun Mishra sought an undertaking to be given by the three promoters on behalf of the builder by the next date of hearing.
The real estate company was also asked to furnish details of collaborators for funding and other assistance on the project. It was further directed to file a status report within a month so that the court could check on the progress of the project.
This was in line with the comprehensive proposal submitted by Amrapali on how it planned to deliver 41,000 flats to its buyers in various projects.
The case will be heard next on 27 March.
